Prenatal Yoga
As with birth, the foundation of all prenatal yoga poses is breath.
It is a time for you to connect with your changing body, your breath and your baby; to find a deeper sense of peace and ease for Mama and baby. A time to cultivate relaxation, build strength and a willingness to surrender to the experience of pregnancy and birth.

Each class is built to the needs of Mama and what will best support her mind, body, spirit along her journey. We will integrate meditation, asana, breathwork, mantra & Jin Shin Jyutsu.
I offer group classes as well as one-on-one sessions.
