Healing Arts

I believe in the connection of mind, body and spirit, integrating breath work, deep awareness, aromatherapy and flow into my sessions.

When touch is connected to our sensing and feeling nature, responding to what is here in this present moment, massage moves beyond technique into the art of healing.

Esalen Massage

Esalen® Massage is a holistic approach to bodywork in which the whole person is considered, contacted and worked with.
Esalen Massage is best known for it's long flowing strokes and healing and nurturing quality of touch/contact. It integrates many techniques, including soft rocking, passive movement and joint mobilization, stretching and sculpting of deep musculature on specific parts of the body. It encourages a greater awareness of one's body, stimulates the skin, circulatory and lymphatic systems and relaxes the muscular and nervous systems. It invites a fuller sense of fluidity, spaciousness and vitality.

Craniosacral  Therapy

“Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.”

― Albert Einstein

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system.
